Non-technical best practices
Includes advice about online behaviors that can protect you from things such as intrusions (compromise of your computer), phishing and identity theft.
Technical best practices
Covers issues related to backing up your data and having an automated patch management strategy to keep your operating system (OS) and application software up to date, as well as keeping your virus protection current.

Additional compliance information and practices that must be implemented to comply with federal and state regulations.
